After we received excellent service at the end of last year for our main bedroom we returned for a 2nd bed and cannot praise Rob & Laura enough. We were asked what we were looking for, our budget and delivery expectations, Laura then took us to the Sleep Match bed to check our comfort rating - and then after a quick search to check delivery times Rob gave us a choice of 3 beds that met our criteria. Speed of delivery with comfort were key for us and we could have bought 2 out of the 3 they short listed. Having made our choice and paid the whole experience took around half an hour. We would highly recommend Dreams for making us feel looked after, dare I say even felt like special customers and we came away with a great bed on budget.
