We were buying a t.v. bed. Rob who assisted us, spent time explaining the different types and how the t.v. linked to the media appliances. he also showed us the slatted versions and hard base versions. As I was not sure of the colour I wanted, he showed my husband and I the other colour bed on display upstairs. Once deciding on the bed frame Rob then helped us to try different bed mattresses. He also asked us which way we sleep and explained the benefits of a side pillow. We were very pleased with the overall bed buying experience, as this was an expensive item for us, we wanted to get it right. We felt safe shopping in the store too.
