welcomed into the store by Emma who quickly explained who she was and asked our christian names and continued to use them throughout our stay .I liked that very much. My son needed a new bed we didn't really know the form but he was asked to lie on a bed so the type of bed could be ascertained from the readings. From that moment Emma showed us all the possibilites never pushy but just showed us the positives of each bed. Emma never once showed any frustration at our dithering always keeping a smile on her face.When we eventually selected one calmly went through the paperwork and also due to her very professional manner bought various other items .Emma told me she was on probation can I suggest Dreams gives her a full time contract now an outstanding young lady on all accounts
