Sales lady very friendly and highly helpful.

After visiting another bed store and getting next to no customer service we walked into Dreams and were immediately greeted by Paul who was wearing a face mask, he asked all the right questions including our names which he used throughout our visit, he made us feel he had all the time in the world and showed great interest, my daughter tried out the mattress measuring machine (sorry not sure what it’s called!) and Paul made his recommendations from there after asking what our budget was, he really could not have been more helpful or reassuring. We sat down to finalise our purchase after making our choice and we’re given a hot chocolate each, we felt safe behind the glass on the desk and Paul cleaned the card machine before handing it to me to complete my purchase.

Very helpful assistant who was neither pushy or rushed. Went on the machine to confirm what we were looking for was the best for our requirements. Had plenty of time to make a final choice from the selection that were best for us & payment was completed quickly. Nice that delivery is free & pretty quick. Overall a very pleasant buying experience.

We were served by Paula at the Plymouth / Coypool shop. She helped us to chose the right mattress for us and allowed us to take our time in choosing. Overall very good customer service.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly

I was greeted by Paul whilst entering the store, I explain to him what I required, he was very helpful showing me a few products that he felt would meet my needs. I was not rushed and felt at ease throughout. I did end up spending more than I thought I would but that was due to me wanting the best, I was shown cheaper options. Enjoyed my visit to the store, all covid measures in place also made it a pleasant experience

the whole process was slick and even though we went in knowing what we wanted, the salesperson still discussed the mattress test machine and gave us the option to try it to determine if what we selected was actually the best product for us.

Team were helpful and friendly without being overly pushy and gave us the time to explore products at our leisure but on hand to answer and explain any questions we had.
