Great knowledge and assistance from Jacob

Attentive and knowledgeable staff, the sleep machine is brilliant. The sales person was patient but around when we needed her. Complimentary water was appreciated. Quick paperwork process and the assistant didn’t mind it taking her past her finish time. Good banter with and between staff.

Jane's help and advice was fantastic. We where given different options of beds that where the most suited to us. Her friendly approach was a refreshing change to the usual salesperson. We got to pick our delivery date which was a must for us as we are moving house. The overall service was absolutely amazing. I would recommend dreams to anyone.

We visited the Dreams store in Coypool Retail Park, Plymouth. Jacob approached us swiftly as we had walked in and found the exact bed frame that myself and my partner had been looking for. He discussed with us the options available with it and then proceeded to talk us through our mattress options. We were taken over to the ‘Dream Sleep Machine’ where we took part in the survey to find out the mattresses that would be best suited to us. We tried a variation of mattresses and Jacob was very thorough in answering all of our questions we had and was able to answer them all with no hesitation. His manor and helpfulness stood out from the start and it felt like talking to a friend. We then proceeded to order the mattress and bed frame we felt best suited to us and walked away feeling confident and without regret. Jacob is a credit to your business. Especially after we had such a poor reception and experience in ‘Bensons for Beds’ where we felt misguided, ignored and stranded.

Jane was very helpful and knowledgeable and spent lots of time to ensure we tried as many mattresses as we wanted to get the right one for us.

As an old man with limited mobility I was greeted at the door by Paula who took into consideration of my mobility issues whilst offering a first class service.

Neither my husband or I were sure which mattress to go for, I knew I didn't want foam which the sales assistant took note of a.nd after we had laid on the bed which analysed our needs we were taken to see the range of mattresses recommended
