The whole team went above and beyond expectations to help us and invested as much time as we needed. This was the forth bed store we had visited and the only one that made the process easy

The assistant was new to branch and working in Dreams but she was very pleasant, knew how to use the mattress checking equipment and explained what was happening. The other area was that when she wasn't sure she asked for help rather than guess which made it more effecient, this gave me confidence the paperwork would be correct and my order correct. Ashton should be commended for doing this as it gives the customer confidence.

Paul, your sales colleague was friendly, charming and very helpful. We were not rushed and were informed at every stage. The experience of buying a mattress was easy with Paul's guidance. His young lady colleague was also very pleasant.

From the moment we walked in, Rob (Sales Assistant) was brilliant from asking all our needs, and sleep patterns to placing us on a computerised bed and talking us through the recommended products. Top dollar help and assistance and would strongly Recommend to everyone in the future. The night before we visited a competitor who was more interested in going home rather than help us in our need. Rob was totally the opposite and nothing was too much for him. He ever gave us a complimentary bottle of water.

Paul was very understanding of my back condition and took a considerable amount of time with us to ensure we selected the best suited bed. He was not a pushy sales person, he was genuinely interested in the right bed not the most expensive.
