From the moment I went into store I was given help with what I wanted. From the bed which told me what type of mattress to the assistance from Paula showing me around the store to the mattresses which were compatible to me. Perfect.

knowledgeable chap who had a well drilled process "let the science tell you what you need demonstration", friendly and knew his stuff.

Highly satisfied from the minute we walked through the door. Greeted with a friendly welcome. Discussed what we were looking for and as we had 2 options. Lady assistant was extremely helpful without giving us the hard sell and showed us around the shop at the selection available for our needs. Used a electronic measuring bed to give us options on what was the most suitable mattress for my son. He tried many beds but went with the first one in the end. Order placed for the date we required. Easy transaction. Very safe environment with excellent covid restrictions in place. Easy shopping trip. Very happy.

Paula was friendly and knowledgeable. She made our visit very pleasant and enjoyable. The exact bed we wanted was there as soon as we walked in, and we were amazed that delivery timescale was only a week! Amazing service and will recommend!

The gentleman who served us, Paul, listened to our needs and problems with sleep and offered severl choices and advice throughout our visit without resulting to a hard sell technique. He guided us through a number of options and alliwed us to make an informed decision on the best product for us. Top bloke 👍

We have been to Dreams twice for new beds. Both the experiences have been excellent. The staff I would say have gone above and beyond being helpful. We were served by Jane at the Coypool site this time who was very helpful and helped us to find exactly what we required. All the staff we have been in contact with were so polite and helpful and friendly. Thank you, DREAMS.

Plymouth branch. Laura was superb, she was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and gave us plenty of time to test and decide on goods. I believe she is an asset to Dreams. The manager also was very efficient and worked well with his staff. The store had a great stock of beds and mattresses.

Our sales assistant Laura was very attentive to our purchasing needs. She took us to the education centre where we gained more knowledge on mattress types which was very interesting ! She was very friendly too

The service was amazing, we felt really valued as a customer.
