We went into the Plymouth store and Jane introduced herself and asked if we would like any help. She was not pushy ( which we hate ) and so helpful. She took us the the beds that help fit you with a mattress, and left us to run through it. She showed us the ones suited to us and left us to make our minds up, this was lovely as there was no pressure. Wish all stores would do this.

Social distancing and Covid secure from the moment you walk in. Store colleagues were helpful, efficient and very friendly. I usually feel hassled in stores like this, but was able to relax and take my time. Treated very well and all questions were answered before we even thought to ask them.

Laura,the assistant, was very friendly and helpful. The ' trial ' bed was a good guide to what was best for us. Good selection of bases and mattresses. Headboards also available.
