The expertise was brilliant the mattresses were all explained various price ranges were shown and we were given as much time as we needed to make our decision no pressure was added.

Spoke to Paul who was very helpful, as the item was not available to take away Paul was able to check availability and delivery date.

My mother and I went into the Plympton store on Wednesday the 21st April 2020 at around 5pm and were instantly greeted by a lovely gentleman named Paul, he was attentive and asked questions and he really knew a lot and was amazingly helpful and he was also very friendly, which was great. It was my first time buying a mattress myself and he made it very easy and made me feel confident in my choices, he showed me a range of products and helped me narrow it down and choose the absolute perfect mattress for me. I would highly recommend choosing Dreams for any bed or mattress needs and I have told pretty much everyone about my amazing experience. Thank you so much, especially Paul, who was a fantastic help, a lot of credit to him. Thank you.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They seemed to genuinely want to make sure we were satisfied with our choices and gave us space to decide.

I didnt feel my time was rush at all x

As soon as I walked into the store I was approached and offered assistance immediately. Laura who was the shop assistant asked me all the right questions, gave me the option of using sleepmatch which certainly narrowed down my options available. I was given plenty of time with each product and she offered advice where she felt it was necessary. I then went away from the store and returned with my parent to try the mattresses again and then on my third return to the store purchased our favourite. Very happy with the service that was given.

Very friendly and helpful man

Jane greeted both my partner and I on arrival making sure we followed the coronavirus guide lines. Talked us through the process to find the mattress to suit our needs, she offered water as a refreshment throughout our 1 hour visit and recommended the pillows that would help for support once we had agreed the mattress we were purchasing. We paid a deposit and within 24/48 hours I received a notification for our estimated delivery date. I would like to say that this experience as a whole was great, my partner and I have been putting it off (current mattress is 14 years old) as we find buying a mattress can be stressful and without the right information you don't know if you are buying a mattress or bed that is right for you. The team where so helpful but not pushy in the sales actually my mother has also purchased a mattress from the store and is looking to go back sometime soon, she was also impressed with the service and the product.

Highly satisfied with Jane at the Plymouth Plympton Dreams store who was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgable. Assisted us with the purchase of our bed frame and mattress, informing and advising where needed. She wiped down all equipment with anti bac when I needed to type out my details & place my order. Overall great customer service!! Very satisfied!

Friendly greeting. Social distancing kept in place. Explained everything clearly and several options to chose from which showed understanding of needs and also choice of prices varied, not solely directed as more expensive products. Dud not feel rush and time on our own to try and discuss which we wanted to buy. Made sure he explained everything clearly and the cgabdecto ask questions or call if we had any after we left. Dud not feel pressured to purchasexright away, given the choice to take time to think about it and come back if we wanted to buy. Plenty of choice, clean, fresh looking and a very pleasant experience, which is why we enjoy going back to Dreams to buy our bedroom products. Great customer service even down to the really friendly delivery. So very refreshing. Thank you.
