Friendly staff well laid out store good selection

Staff polite, pleasant, excellent product knowledge. Covid provisions were excellent. Ordering process was well handled. There was an excellent range of products on display.

Despite being 10 mins late for our appointment (heavy traffic on Plymouth Road) all our requirements were met and there was no pressure to select any items in a relaxed friendly manner. Everything was explained to us in a professional manner and left us with an enjoyable experiencel

The person i saw was Paul. He was really lovely from start to finish. He took time to understand what i was looking for, explained everything really well. Was friendly and professional :)! He got us both drinks which was lovely too. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and was with us the whole time making everything seemless. Couldnt rate him highly enough and i would come back again. Very impressed with the flexibility of the delivery dates round buying my house too. Really great company processes and great job Paul :)

My Dreams shopping experience and staff helpfulness was excellent. My son has already bought the bed I purchased in a kingsize therefore I know that my new double sized ottoman bed will be of the same high quality, solid and dependable with more than amply storage space. The delivery date is within a week of purchasing. Brilliant! Excellent service and quality products. Thank you Dreams.

The store assistant took along time explaining all about Tempur Beds which I was interested in. Getting me to lay down on each bed for at least 5minutes to see which bed was comfortable. She was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for her.

The young lady in the shop sold us two expensive pillows. She demonstrated a range of pillows that were trialled lying on a bed. Her guidance was clear and useful in making a decision. We were impressed enough for us to return a few days later, find the same lady, and order two more pillows and a bed. The two gentlemen (John and John) were extremely courteous and helpful during the delivery. They were a credit to your company.

Jane took the time to discuss our needs and advised us. In comparison to other bed retailers we went to, she was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, all on the first day back after lockdown completed. We booked an appointment for 10am which was good timing, and meant we didn't have to wait.
