Had planned to buy online but wanted to look at similar products in the flesh. This was the 4th bed store visited on this day. Paula assisted me straight away. Show me how the bed worked. I mentioned other options and looking online. She showed me products you had that weren’t in store online. Provided a quote and let me know if could call if I decided later and didn’t want to come back in. Quick efficient and a good product meant I spent more but am really pleased with the purchase largely from the human touch of in store shopping.
