Laura was very welcoming and knew her stuff! I believe people buy from people and this was definitely the case for us. The other members of staff were very friendly and the whole experience was easy and fun!

The assistant showed us exactly what we were looking for, displaying plenty of knowledge answering our questions, and left us to ourselves when we needed it.

The customer service was outstanding and welcoming from the start. The product we bought was just what we were looking for. We were not pushed into buying the bed as we have experienced else where. The social distance markers were clearly display around the store and hand gel was prominently place for our usage, also the store was extremely clean and tidy. Overall we visited twice before purchasing and received the same service on both occasions.
