As both me and my partner entered the store we were greeted by a very friendly memember of staff, I believe her name was Jane. She asked what what we were looking for before directing us to a few different bedframes that she thought we would like and indeed she was right. adterwards she helped us work out what style of matress would be best suited for our sleeping postions and then showed us a few different options while adding in some gel extras after finding out that we get very warm at night. We returend the following day after doing some extra messuring to make sure everything would fit. Jane walked us through the steps of ordering everything with ease and made the exspeeince very enjoyable.
