The sales person was very knowledgable about beds. He did not hurry us but made sure we tried a few beds taking every care to meet our requirements

The member of staff that served us was very polite and knowledgeable, he took time to understand our needs and assisted us to make a decision. He was very professional and made us feel as if we were 'special'.......excellent customer service....
