It was easy and strightforward. I appreciated the option of booking an appointment which meant it was easy to try the mattresses out in store without worrying about social distancing/being around too many people and meant not having to wait to try a mattress out. Victoria was friendly and easy to speak to and had a good knowledge of the different mattreses how the diagnostic mattress machine worked (which was a lot of fun to try out in itself) Overall it was a breeze in the shop, didn't expect to walk in and out with a purchase within 30 minutes.
