Couldn't have asked for a better experience. No pushy salesperson, Jane gave the perfect amount of help and information up front and was available for questions when needed and quickly processed the sale. Customer safety handled really well and felt comfortable the whole time we were there - which was about an hour!

Upon arrival all staff were friendly, approachable and all had a happy smiling face. We were able to roam around the shop on our own, testing out the different mattresses and taking our time comparing beds before being approached, which was perfect for us. Beds were presented perfectly, couch roll was supplied when we wanted to lay on the beds and test. The staff were helpful, Jane in particular took her time explaining the different options and showing us the various colour choices. She then left us to continue shopping around which again, was perfect and exactly how we would have wanted it to be. Stephanie was also lovely when putting through our order and ensuring everything was explained to us, letting us ask any questions and giving us her undivided attention during the order process. She didn’t make us feel pressured into choosing any add ons and we left very happy.
