This was the second time we visited the store we were looking for a bed for our first home and was really impressed with how quickly we were seen the knowledge of the staff the range of products the forces discount and how much time the team spent with us. That's why on the second visit we ordered our mattress and bought pillows.

Knew which beds I should try when said wanted firm. Able to tell me about each mattress and once tried them had 2 I liked so Gave us time to try the favourite 2 at my leisure. Never felt rushed but always felt I was important and given help throughout the process of choosing my mattress

Paul was very helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to offer us a more suitable bed which suited our needs. Staff were friendly on entering the stores and greeted us. Felt store was very COVID secure.
