Emma was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the products, found exactly what i was looking for with a speedy delivery.

Paul was very attentive but also gave us space alone to focus on the 2 mattresses that we had narrowed down to (from 6!). He was knowledgeable about the product, gave reassurance about our uncertainty e.g. previous experience of memory foam, and was helpful throughout.

Emma greeted us as we arrived and was friendly and able to offer advice all through the process. Guided us through the scanning process and then clearly explained the options available to us. Very knowledgeable on the products and the advantages of each. Thank you for your help, it made the whole thing very easy.
