Laura was really friendly and helpful. We wanted a mattress, immediately and they were able to get us one delivered in two days time. She helped us spend time figuring out which mattress was best and was patient with us hopping between mattresses which I can imagine was very annoying!

We were amazed at how the technology could signpost us to our perfectly matched bed. This is only our second new bed and we are very excited about our pending delivery. We have already pointed friends and relatives in your direction since returning home; time well spent and no unanswered questions- top notch!
