Felt very safe in the current climate. Hand sanitiser, tissue sheets/sanitised pillow and bottled water offered. Friendly assistant Paul was very good showed me lots of options for my sleep type and was patient while I was deciding what mattress to buy. Answered all my questions and helped me make an informed choice.

I had a lovely assistant called Emma,and she was very helpful, from start to finish ,nothing was to much trouble,she explained and helped with all that I asked of her .i was a bit worried about going into shops because I haven't been out for so long,but I was put at ease .thanking you for your service . Laura was great. Gave us a lot of options for finance and even gave us cover. Explained everything brilliantly. The advisor who helped us with finding a mattress with the sleep machine was great too. I’m sorry, we can’t remember her name. She helped us find the right mattress and gave us a list of our favourites.
