Laura was a great help and very friendly. We got great advice and was able to try all the beds out as much as we liked.

First time shopping at Dreams and was very pleasantly surprised. Salesperson was very helpful but not oppressive, she was always available to answer any questions we had and nothing was too much trouble, selecting the right mattress is important and she was respectful of that, we were encouraged take our time, there was no rush to make a decision and everything was explained in detail. We would certainly return to this Dreams store in the future.

My partner and I walked in knowing that we wanted a super king divan bed. However we didn't know how to choose. The lovely lady called Laura came and recommended that we choose our mattress first and then choose headboard we wanted. We came away with the perfect bed. Another good note was that we were expecting to have to wait for weeks for it to be delivered but will be with us within the week. During our time at the store we were offered water and hot drinks. Great customer service all round. Thank you.

We were very impressed with the service at dreams, the member of staff that we felt with was very knowledgeable, polite and considerate, she gave us the information we needed and gave us time on our own to consider our options. We didn't feel under pressure at any time.

We came into the store to source a new Super King mattress. We were assisted by Paula. She could not have been more helpful, answering all of our questions quickly and efficiently on the mattresses and pillows, whilst also offering very helpful advice. I have recently moved into my dream 1st home an have been going through the stress of the whole process. I was Looking forward to purchasing a bed I had been eyeing up to give me the nights sleep I well and truly needed. The staff in the Plymouth branch could not have been any more friendly and helpful. The service on trying to find the right bed and mattress for me was impeccable. I am incredibly happy with the product that is still yet to arrive but I am more than looking forward to sleeping on it finally. The staff in the Plymouth branch are a credit to the company and I will be highly recommending them again. Thank You
