From the moment we walked in, the social distancing was all in order, sanitising equipment Was freely available and face masks. The staff were very helpful and no pressure sales, we used the (forgot the name) computerised bed set up to find the correct settings etc.. we were then shown the type of mattresses available and the pros and cons of each one. We were given our own pillow and sheet to lie on each time, and we were at ease all the time, and didn’t feel pressured at any time. When we found the mattress we liked, we sat at the desk, and again social distancing was in place with screen, we were offered a bottle of water and Laura our assistant explained the sale throughly. We was going to shop around as this was the first store we entered, but the service was so good we decided there and then to pay and sign the dotted line.. all round very pleasurable experience.

The staff were helpful and knowledgable I was given time to make up my mind and did not feel pressurised. Although the item has a 10 week delivery time I felt it was worth waiting for.
