The dreams assistant Hugo was very helpful and kind person he asked how my week has been and how mu family was, after speaking it turned out myself and he had a child which was going into hospital for surgery during this pandemic and we spoke to each other as dad's what the experience is going to be more worrying during this time đź‘Ťhe explained everything I needed to know about the percific bed I wanted to purchase and made my decision very easy to purchase with the info he explained, would definitely go to him next time I make a purchase đź‘Ť
