From the minute I entered the store I was greeted by a very friendly helpful member of staff named Lindsey, she asked what I was after and was quick to find me exactly what I was looking for, Lindsey went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was just right, she also offered me some water, I took my children back later that day, and there were 2 more members of staff in store just as helpful and friendly as Lindsey, I felt really safe in store, with excellent social distancing, I was purchasing a new mattress due to throwing our old one away as my husband is in hospital with covid, the mattress I purchased was a display one and Lindsey assured me it would be sprayed before it got packaged up, I would certainly recommend your store to friends, infant one friend has already been, and 2 more are going This week, a great shop great service 10 out of 10 thank you.

Lindsey was a very knowledgeable and helpful person. She took time to explain the bed testing and then allowed us to try the different types of matress that this recommended. Advice was offered in a very plesant manner which made the whole experience very good.
