I felt safe with the sanitising and social distancing measures in place in the store. Our assistant, Lindsey, was very friendly and well informed. She guided me through the process of finding the right type of mattress for me. She was able to show me examples in store for me to test. She explained clearly the differences in beds which I had not previously been aware of. After literally months trawling the internet I was able to make an informed choice, arrange financing and accept a plan for arranging delivery in just over an hour - and with a bottle of water to help keep me cool on an extremely hot day!

From the time we walked into the store the staff let us know they were there to help and then left us to look around, when we did need them they were friendly and attentive to what we wanted and helped us pick what we and they thought what would best suit our needs. Very happy as some stores the staff tend to haunt you which didn't happen here

We weren’t too sure at first what we were looking for but she pointed us in the right direction once we explained. We left a couple of times to think about it before going back and making a final purchase and Elysia was just as polite each time round. We don’t like to be pressured when purchasing anything and this experience was perfect for us.
