I was highly satisfied with Lindsay who works at Aintree store Liverpool she was very helpful and made extra effort to support our purchase. There was no pressure to purchase on the day as we were not ready to buy. Lindsey took our phone number and called us back when she knew we would be ready to purchase and completed the sale on the phone. This was very convenient for me and even though she had some technology problems she was a true retail professional and completed the sale with ease. I feel it's only right to say that I bought from dreams because of Lindsay's sales approach and professionalism.

The staff were really attentive. We were shopping for our 11 year old daughter and she was made to feel involved. We were offered a bottle of water during our visit and given plenty of options to choose from given the requirements we were looking for. The staff in Aintree are a credit to your company.
