Very friendly and knowledge sales assistants. Showed us the mattress selector machine (apologies I can't remember the name!), walked us through the process and took the time to show us each of the options that the machine recommended to us. She then took the time to show us different bed frames that they didn't have in store online.

We were really looked after by Naomi, she took time to come and talk to us, made our children feel at ease when they were creating and helped us understand how best to keep to our budget whilst maximising comfort. We had been to other competitor stores that same day, and felt the staff there unwelcoming and sleezy. The team at Aintree we’re like a breath of fresh air compared to those. Thank you

Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Did their best considering there was less product available in this small store.
