From the moment I entered the store I was blown away by the exceptional, and personable service provided by the store manager Jonny. It is not often that you feel so at ease when making a large purchase. He put me on the Sleepmatch machine which was great! Would reccomended Dreams Aintree to everyone

I was greeted as I entered the store,but the assistance I was offered was not intrusive nor overwhelming. I was served by Jonny, and was impressed with his manner, his expert knowledge and his personal consideration. I am elderly and have mobility problems and I was helped in a very sensitive manner, this is is important when one is disabled, the wrong approach can make a customer feel ill at ease. This was certainly not the case at Dreams on my visit. There was a good range of products to choose from and I was given plenty of time. The information given was concise but comprehensive and my questions were answered fully and in language I could understand. I was treated with respect from beginning to the end of my visit. Thank you.
