The staff were extremely professional, friendly and very helpful. The two females in store had really good customer service skills and came across as knowledgable and gave me confidence to shop during covid 19.

The staff were excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and totally on top of the COVID-19 situation. The changes made to the shop, especially the fact that we could make an appointment and have the shop to ourselves, really helped to put me at ease. Please give the staff at Aintree a pay rise, they work very hard.

I found the social distancing guidelines and procedures that were put in place made the store extremely clean, easy to manoeuvre and didn't take away from the being able to properly view and try out each mattress. Lindsay was very helpful, she had a good understanding of my needs/requirements and made suitable suggestions of products that were best fitted to me.
