Lindsay was friendly and professional from as soon as we arrived in store. We were able to use the sleep matching machine and then try various mattresses. Lindsay explained the differences and specifications of the mattresses and didn't rush us at all. We were very happy with the service provided and with the purchase we made.

We were greeted at the store entrance and invited to use hand sanitizer and wear gloves of desired. ELYSIA was really diligent and ensured the social distancing was maintained throughout our visit. Everything was done in a professional manner and the pillow protectors and bed covers ensured we felt safe whilst choosing our mattress.
