I was timed out on the first survey ,so I will be brief on this one .My overall experience on this visit was excellent, the Staff i.e Elysia and Jonny were very pleasant and welcoming and seen to my needs at all times explaining things along the way.It was a very pleasent visit in all ways.

We went to the Liverpool Aintree store served by Elisha she was lovely very helpful, we waited outside till she came t door to let us know we was safe to enter as we was unsure if we could just walk in. Once inside she offered us ppe n a bottle of water asked us if we had an idea what we wanted when we said she showed us the things we needed to. We was in and out with in 30mins approx she was amazing so helpful
