Was warmly greeted by a member of staff who took us to the item we were looking for straight away. She was very helpful in guiding us in our purchases.

Johnny was very helpful when I couldn’t get my bed frame, he chose an alternative one for me

Lindsey was very customer friendly and looked after me during the visit and am sure once mine items are delivered she promised a follow up call to ensure I was completely satisfied

JONNY & LINDSEY KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO FIND OUT WHAT I WANTED WHICH WAS A KING SIZE ADJUSTABLE BED.

Delt with lyndsey at aintree store, found her very easy to chat about what i wanted she explained all the options that were available. No pressure was endured with her sales technique. I found the frame i wanted and the mattress i wanted ....very pleased just waiting for it to be delivered...i cant wait 👍
