The member of staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The advisor was extremely knowledgable and welcoming and it was his personality and assistance getting the deal we wanted that caused us to buy rather than use a competitor

Both Jonny and Lindsey were very friendly and listened and understood exactly what we were looking for. We went to the store a couple of times before the purchase due to us being undecided on the choice and style and so the Staff were very patient.

The lady who dealt with us was very helpful polite and too the time to show us lots of mattresses without it being a problem

The sales assistant was very helpful in helping me make the correct purchase also on arrival at the store you where made most welcome and was offered a bottle of water.

Ordered a bed a few weeks ago was so pleased with bed and service that I placed a new order for a bed by phone. Again good prompt service
