I had planned to visit your store in aintree last week. But accidentaly went to benson's for beds for some reason I had in my head thats were you were located but because I was there I had a look around anyway. I felt constantly followed around by their member of staff which became very annoying so I left l. I drove over to DREAMS were I was greeted by your store manager JONNY who appreard very well dressed, very well spoken and had great knowledge of your products. I explained what I was looking for and my budget I was shown straight the the CAMPBELL double matress in store and knew that was the bed for us right away. As I explained my price range was 400 possibly 500 with a push I showed JONNY the bed I had seen on your website for 279 he explained to me that the CAMPBELL was the model up from the one online. I like how he didnt push me to spend the 400-500 and found me a really great value for money matress. Great asset to the company Thanks

Ok after doing lots of research on-line and going into the store thinking I knew what I wanted I actually came out with what I needed. Elysia was very helpful and spent lots of time showing me what I went in looking for but quickly showed me alternatives that where much better for what I actually needed. She was friendly very knowledgeable and sold me a bed that was going to be right for me especially as I have a bad lower back. She really did go above and beyond and I came away a very happy customer and wouldn't hesitate in recommending her & Dreams to my friends and family. The manager Jonny was also very friendly and helpful after the sale was closed 😊

We visited the store 2 days before ordering our bed to have a look, we only went to the store to purchase a new mattress but we ended up purchasing a mattress, bed frame and headboard. We were so impressed with the quality of the bed and the service we received from Jonny, he was friendly, helpful but not too pushy as some sales people can be. He set up the sleep match for to use for a better idea and then showed us a variety of beds and explained the differences to us. We went away to think about the offer as it was a lot of money. The next day I spoke to my colleague in work who came with me the following day as I had spoke that highly of the bed and the service and she also purchased a very similar bed and mattress as myself.
