spoke to colleague prior to visiting shop and was given lots of information. made most welcome when arriving at store and shown items discussed then changed our mind after given good advice. completed sale well after shop official closing time of 6pm and could not fault the service we were given.

Approachable and friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the variety of products. Beds having pillows aided in achieving sleep position. Good off road parking.

I found the customer service at the aintree branch superb. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Elysia was very friendly and not pushy or contrived. We have visited a few bed shops and walked out due to over zealous sales assistance, Elysia was just friendly and professional and put us at ease, we stayed because of this and allowed her to shine as a sales assistant and thoroughly enjoyed our experience and ended up spending twice as much as we intended which is an obvious plus for Dreams, but we are satisfied with our purchase, which is the main thing.

The manager who served us and the young lady assistant were very helpful and efficient. They also gave us enough time to make our decision without putting any pressure on us to make a purchase.

On entering your Aintree store my husband and I where welcomed immediately by your staff we where free to look around and did not feel any pressure from the sales staff. We where asked if we needed any help after a little while and where served by a gentleman called Jonny. I have 2 slip discs in my back and sciatica so the correct mattress is very important for my health. Jonny placed us on the sleepmatch bed which I was very impressed with. This helped us choose the correct mattress. We also chose a bed frame and head board we where offered coffee water and lots of sweets I thought this was a very friendly and thoughtful touch. The mattresses where explained fully and the staff member was very experienced and answered all our questions. A wonderful easy experience we are now looking forward to receiving our new bed.

From the moment I walked through the door everything was just spot on. We where offered drinks, told where abouts the bed I wanted was, how it worked etc. The ordering was easy and the staff where fantastic.

I would like to thank Elysia for her service she helped pick a mattress that would suit me and my partner. We have had a bad experience with mattresses before (different company). Elysia went above and beyond to find us the perfect mattress. Elysia was was very patient as we had our 2 year old son who wouldnt sit still and wanted to run around. I would like to thank the manager and other member of staff who while blowing balloons up still managed to entertain our son by giving him a balloon he was made up and helped us then to select a bed. The staff where all great that day and very friendly and are a credit to dreams and thanks to them all will be telling all my family and friends to go here for beds.
