The agent was very friendly ,polite and very helpful, when she did not know the answer to my query she liaised with a more senior colleague. I had been looking for the same mattress i had bought some 10+ years ago as it has been a fantastic mattress despite the price!! Both the agent and her senior admitted that neither had worked at dreams at that time so would not be able to recall the mattress, they invited me to the store even though i had at this time decided on an alternative mattress. they set up my Direct Debit over the phone no fuss, am now awaiting delivery.

Every single member of staff at the Aintree store, are all a huge credit to the company, nothing was to much for them... From pushing our little boy in his pram while myself and my wife was finding out what specific mattress will be best suited for us. Then guiding us through the entire process of purchasing exactly what we needed, and more. Myself and my wife hardly ever leave reviews, however we both feel that we need to on this occasion. Every single person that works in the Aintree store needs to be credited, I’m talking pay rise!! Don’t let them go, you have a fantastic team!!!!

We had a specific budget for a mattress for a spare bedroom. The young man who served us had only been in the job 2 days and he could not have been more helpful. If he did not know an answer to our question he asked his manager who was also most helpful.
