The assistant at the Aintree store, Elysia, was outstanding. She was friendly, efficient and helpful in giving information which helped us decide which bed to buy.

Jonny from aintree store was very attentive, helpful and explained the differences between each product clearly. Price matched alternative items due to out of stock mattresses without being asked. Friendly, happy service received. Very pleased with it all.

We had already been to another bed store before coming in to Dreams. We were fairly sure we were going to make our purchase from the other store, however I had seen a bed on the Dreams website so wanted to have a look at it. From the minute we walked we were looked after really well; asked if we wanted any help, or a hot drink. Jonny was very helpful without any hard sell at all. We told him we were looking for an Ottoman bed and he pointed out the options available. He then suggested using the machine to figure out the best mattress for us. After trying out the options available we made our choice and ordered the bed straight away.

Advised well by staff on products with a good manner.

Jonny took the time to understand our needs and found the perfect mattress for us. Great deal with extras. Very pleased with level of service and a what a lovely colleague.
