Your staff at the store were so helpful

Jonathan was very helpful and had full knowledge of the products. He was very informative, but not pushy as other company's can be.

Upon entering your dreams Aintree store. We where approach by a lovely girl who was very polite. After she talked to us about what we wanted she suggested that we have a go on your "sleep match" equipment to see what mattress we required (due to me saying I suffer with my back). After getting our results she showed us serval types of mattresses the system matched up with and asked us to tried each one. As we were looking for both a divan bed and a mattress she said would leave us to look around without feeling pressured and to let her know if she can assist us anymore. My girlfriend and I both liked one of the mattresses we tried and a divan base. After asking her to price everything up and running though different options we bought them both. The manager even gave us a mattress protector as a gift which was a nice gesture. All in all our experience was great and the staff at the Aintree store are a real credit to dreams. I would definitely send any of my friends and family there.

The lady in the shop at the time welcomed us and offered us a drink and helped us pick the right product for us

Exercise service from Elysia Smith, the lady provided excellent guide around the store taken her time to help us decide what bed was suitable for my wife and myself with medical conditions.very happy with the bed we bought Thank you all staff.
