The item we wanted was in stock, but we took some time deciding on the mattress. This is where the sales assistant excelled with his knowledge and helpfulness.

Very experienced staff member made us feel very welcome made us tea and coffee showed us the dream experience

The sales assistant was so good, very professional and to be honest I was going to go to another shop to compare prices but the young man who was helping me did such a good job I decided not to bother. He deserves a pat on the back from his manager

When we walked into the store the staff couldn't of been any mote helpful and understanding on our needs of bed
