Store manager was knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

Ant was extremely helpful. Made sure we had the right bed to support my husbands back and give us both a better sleep. Offered us drinks while we were looking at beds. Sorted us out with new pillows, duvet and mattress protector as we’ve gone from a double to a super king. He took his time with us as we really didn’t want to rush into anything. We wanted to make sure we got the right bed. He really went above and beyond.

Anthony was very pleasent and knows what he is talking about with the mattress, showed me on the bed that showed where the pressure point is and what mattress suited me best, and showed me the gel tech mattress there was 3 and explained the different between the 3 and I had a choice of 2 so he recommended to try the soft one and if I was happy within the 40 days I could opp to swap to the 2nd choice I had in mind. He was polite and very patient with me, showed me what pillows is best to go with the mattress I choose and I am quite please with the pillow! Looking forward receiving the bed in the next 2 week's.

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff named Anthony who asked if we needed any help. After explaining our situation we were offered to have a go of the mattress tester which we accepted and found very useful. After selecting a mattress Anthony gave us a few different quotes for the mattress with different bed frames. Once we found what was right for us we went through a quick and easy process with a perfect delivery date to suit our needs. We where even offered a bottle water as it was a hot day. I would highly recommend dreams as a bed provider and will be shopping here in the future!

When I got the email something was wrong on what I ordered so I phoned the store and Anthony sorted it over the phone without me having to come back to the store.
