Ant the sales person was brilliant. Helped me withiut being pushy. Allowing me time and space. Even leaving the shop to consider. I was shown several options and given time to decide what i liked and wanted.

Got exactly what I wanted ,salesman extremely helpful very quick and easy purchase full information given and choices of ranges for my needs. Friendly and polite staff all round good experience.

From entering the shop to leaving, we were greeted and assisted by a lovely assistant - Anthony, who made the whole experience a good one. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the products. Did not try to sell us anything we did not need and listened to our requests.

We found everything we were looking for and had plenty of help from ant choosing our perfect bed.

Loved the sleep match machine and the staff member was attentive but not overly pushy. Excellent service from Jonny.

Jonathan understood our needs and after using the computerised bed experience, was able to recommend 3 beds which were deemed appropriate. He was very helpful in understanding my husbands needs as he is somewhat disabled. I had intended to shop around but was very impressed with his help and decided to look no further

Very friendly sales assistant who was only too happy to guide us through what we wanted and to show us the products on offer. The price I quoted for a double mattress - £349 - was within my price range and it was great to have 50% as well so I chose the perfect time to purchase it!

Very cheerful and friendly greeting from sales guy..even offered us a cuppa !...went on the Sleepmatch machine and then he shows us the best matches that the machine had suggested and even gave us a pillow to try with the mattresses!....excellent service and hopefully the delivery next week will as smooth and as professional!!!..👍🏼

Anthony greeted us with a smile and a welcoming hello. He was very supportive, able to support our choices with the use of the sleepmatch. Anthony then showed us the products that matched our wishes, and gave us the time to discuss and relax with a hot drink he made for us He even provided a comfy pillow; which we valued and ended up buying 3!! He was a lovely gentleman who we would recommend by name to friends and family for a perfect experience when buying a bed - as it can be daunting. Anthony was exemplary
