The chap who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and answered all our enquiries about the mattress we where looking to buy, he was very pleasant to us has well.

The salesman Johnny greeted us as we arrived and offered us a coffee. He explained where things were and then left us to wander the store. About 10 minutes later he came back and started talking about the products and the interest free options.

The assistant Jonny was very informative of all the products we were interested in, he gave us options and time to browse on our own, he made our shopping experience easy and efficient.

Jonny’s halo and knowledge made our decision easier

Jonny, the store manager was extremely helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. What more could you ask for?

From the moment we walked into the shop, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very friendly and Knowledgable, and happy to help. Naomi was excellent. As was the male member of staff, whose name I am not sure of.

Jonny way friendly and approachable. He has great product knowledge and made sure I got the best mattress for my needs. Quality is fantastic and even happier with how quick and smooth it all went.

Everything explained in an easy and relaxed manner. Did not feel pressurised in any way. Excellent cup of tea as well.

Comfortable environment ease looking through products offered assistance and a drink whilst browsing but left to look so felt comfortable and not pressured whilst looking. Staff had knowledge of products and answered all questions we had related to purchase and then made purchase of bed easy and quick which was much appreciated when you have two young children struggling for attention during the process

Ant was really good at exlaing all the different types of mattresses, we told him what we wanted and took us around all the different beds. After trying the tempra pillows we purchased these aswell. Can't fault the service at all, top Mark's.
