Staff were very helpful and listened to my needs and budget.

The staff were very polite friendly and had the answers to the questions that I had.

Ellis was helpful and answered our questions thoroughly. She even took the time to write down the bed frame dimensions so we could check it wasn’t too big before we purchased. Nice and friendly and certainly no pressure selling, which I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that hence the sale!

The store assistant Ellis was very professional and knew exactly what we were after in terms of products. Ellis was friendly and was great with us.

Both Johnny and naomi were great, helping me, my disabled mum and my partner. Nothing was too much trouble. Given water as it was warm and naomi offered to go to our car to get my mums walking stick.

Really friendly member of staff in Aintree store, opened door for my disabled mum who was buying the bed, he gave her a drink of water and made sure she was able to take her time in making her decision, this allowed her to pick the bed that was right for her, he had good product knowledge which in the end added to the experience in a really positive way, my mum stated to me "I would go to that store again not only because of the quality items but the store assistant was fantastic".

Naomi had very good product knowledge. She was very helpful and not pushy at all. Felt at ease in the store and we were not under any pressure to buy anything.

Jonny was absolutely amazing and the mattress is the best on the market
