Diane was really freindly hand helpful, she found out matress really quickly with no hassle. Not pushy and made a genuine effort to be interested in what we wanted for our budget

Quick and easy service, came in looking for a bed and the sales person at the time was quick friendly and showed me what was in stock around my budget. Happy to say I cant wait for my new bed to arrive

The staff member Jonny, was very friendly he also made us a cup of tea.we used the machine that measured sleeping habits so it was much easier to find the correct mattress. he listened to questions we asked and was highly efficient all in all a pleasing experience

Myself and family have bought lots of beds from Dreams over the years beds and mattresses are always well made and of good quality mattresses are excellent the sales persons are always polite friendly welcoming and knowledgeable about the products go extra mile very pleased with my purchases

Only went in for pillows for me and the missus, that I'd seen online. Ant the young lad served me, he was professional and friendly, spent time to find the right pillow, even got me trying the sleep machine as I might be getting a new bed soon, nice one ant and cheers for the cuppa
