Louise and Diane were really helpful, taking time to talk to us both about what we were looking for and assisting us to understand what our options were using the Sleepmatch. Both were very friendly and efficient, offering us drinks, making sure we had our complimentary pillows and talking us through our finance options.

We have been looking for a new bed & mattress for a while, and have visited a range of other bed retail stores. Dreams in Aintree had a very good range of beds, and the assistant Louise was very helpful in making us choose the right bed for us. The prices we feel are good value for the bed we have ordered.

More than happy with my experience today. Your colleague Diane who took our order was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive throughout. No overbearing sales pressure like many other places, which always put me off - spent more on the mattress than intended due to her honest advice about the benefits and quality of the higher priced one. There was a very friendly and welcoming feeling in the store which I noticed immediately. Thank you

The store assistant (Anthony) was very friendly and helpful - he was fantastic with my son who has autism and helped us to find the perfect mattress for my daughter. Very professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to return to this store again.

Jonathan the assistant who served us was extremely patient with us while we tried to make up our minds about what bed to buy. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and encouraged us to try the digital mechanical bed to find the best bed for us. He served us with good humour and he answered all of our questions. As a retired customer service manager I would say that he personified excellent customer care.
