Staff were friendly helpful but not pushy. They were approachable and well informed. Louise was helpful( showing me bed frame in chosen colour on computer).

Diane was knowledgeable and spoke very well. There was no pressure sales technique. She showed me the selection available and let me take the time to make my own decision rather than be led - patience is a virtue. And once I’d made my decision, the order was processed quickly and effortlessly.

Louise went above and beyond helping us, my son didn't want to come in and test the mattress as he suffers with anxiety but with our permission Louise went out and spoke to him and he came in and tested the mattress. We have been in this shop before and Louise is always helpful, polite and has a happy way about her.

I was assisted by Louise who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. My order was completed quickly and efficiently and I was able to choose a delivery date to suit me. Could not have asked for more.

Anthony was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the selection of pillows available. He allowed us the time we needed to make our selection.

We originally viewed online but decided we wanted to see the matrasses for real. We went to the Aintree store we were greeted straight away by Anthony. We explained what we had found online and he guided us to this matrass. We also decided to have a look around. Anthony offered us a drink whilst we viewed which we accepted. He suggested that whilst he was making the coffee we try out the sleep system computer in store to make sure our choice matched what it said. He explained the system and how long it would take. He put in out details and left us to it. We discovered the computer agreed with us in one of six choices. We ruled out the ones we definitely didn’t want and tried a few others. We remained happy with our original decision and finished our coffee whilst Anthony completed our order. He was a charming young man with a good knowledge and a friendly persona. He explained the insurance we could take in full but we declined. We had a light hearted discussion over pillows too. We were offered a choice of delivery and a removal of old matrass for a fee, which we took up. Overall a pleasant experience and we look forward to our new matrass.
