Diane was helpful and friendly. Our little girl has autism and finds new places and people hard to cope with. Diane spoke to her beautifully and showed a genuine interest in her. She made things just right for our little girl. She even let her swap the blankets so they were pink which she preferred. Staff remembered us from the previous day when we had telephoned the store and helped us out no end. It was satisfying to hear someone helpful And not rushed. Diane knew what the specification of the bed and furniture was and was lovely. She offered us drinks and even gave our little girl a balloon. Thanks so much.
