The colleague, Anthony, was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and not over bearing

The assistant was very friendly and helpful She was also very knowledgeable about the product. We were able to take our time and try the product At no time were we pressured to buy the bed but felt confident enough with what we had been told to make our purchase.

Louise waswelcoming and friendly and was of gret help in helping us chose the product.

We were able to look around without the assistants being in your face like other stores. When we looked like we needed help that’s when one of the assistants came up to us. She was also able to answer all our questions.

We have visited the Aintree branch on a couple of occasions to seek information on the cole music bed, we were advised by Louise as to which branches had this particular bed on display. After visiting the STOKE ON TRENT branch we went back to the Aintree store were we were greeted by the staff especially Louise who remembered us from previous visits. we needed some more dimensions on the cole bed and Louise kindly rang around to seek the information for us. While we waited we were offered drinks, Louise then kindly helped us make the right choice in mattress and pillows. We left the Aintree branch very satisfied with our choice. Regards Paul Shelley
