none pushy friendly staff excellent service and quick paperwork

Lovely store nice and clean nice staff

Really friendly and helpful staff. The product I wanted wasn't in store so staff offered to get the product delivered to store from another nearby store. I collected the following day with no problems.

After spending time in a lot of other stores and be ing quoted different things I was getting frustrated with trying to find a mattress that suited my needs and for an affordable price. I often avoid these types of stores where there aren't many customers and it can be very salesy and awkward however this store made me feel at ease and comfortable. I was informed of what may suit my needs and offered different options to try. I soon found a bed I liked and knew I would be happy with.

Excellent service from in store sales assistant, she told me about the deals without being too pushy which i was happy to add on to my frame and mattress. Happy and friendly and felt like i got the best deal i could with her help

I purchased my bed very quick I had help figuring out which bed was right for me and the colleagues were very helpful.

as soon as we entered the store louise the sales person was happy and met us with a big smile and was so friendly,her knowledge of beds was only bettered by the staff being so friendly and not only louise but the rest of the staff. the manager let us make some deals that we liked and this is why i also bought every think else for the bed there and then. I am looking forward to more sales as i like the pillows that i bought, and this bed was for my daughter. I,m also in sales and i can tell you now if i had your staff we would do a lot better in sales. Frank
