Paddy who dealt with us on arrival was excellent. If he didn't know the question we had asked, he ran around the shop to get us the answer. Very helpful employees in general. Louise who helped finalise the sale was also very professional and offered myself and wife a hot drink whilst browsing, which helped as we only came in for a mattress but ending up leaving with a base too.

From moment we walked into the store Louise was extremely friendly & approachable, asked us what we was looking for then left us to look around, not at any point did I feel hassled or pressured which helped for a great experience!
